Reply:I use lots of chocolate,It%26#039;s not good for the teeth but it sure taste good.Just go to Wal-mart and fine some teeth whitening tooth paste, the racks are full of it..
Reply:Some people will use baking soda while they brush... although you shouldn%26#039;t do it too often, as it is very abrasive. Try the crest white strips... my sister used them and they work wonderfully!
