Teeth Whitening?

i want to use whitening trays BUT

i have super sensitive teeth. i mean super sensitive. (tried sensodyne, didnt help btw.) What can I do?

Teeth Whitening?
they may be too strong for you. they hurt my teeth if i use them 2x a day like suggested on the box.

to lessen the intensity, do not brush your teeth immediately before using the trays.

if they are too intense for you, stop using. give them to your mom or someone. (my mom gave me the whitestrips she bought and found painful to use.)

a good toothpaste is colgate total whitening. there is a vivid white by crest but i tried it and it didn%26#039;t work well and it%26#039;s not ADA approved. if you check toothpastes, not all are approved by the American Dental Association, meaning the claims have not been validated. most whitening toothpastes, like vivid white and rembrandt are not ADA approved, but colgate total whitening is.

if the toothpaste is too strong, talk to your dentist about what to use.
Reply:Most whitening trays instruct you to use them twice daily...if you have sensitive teeth try using them once a day.
Reply:I reccomend that you may visit your dentist ..

2)Tea,Coffee,Soda(worst)stainers.

3Check the whitening ingredients;enamel erosion leads to dental caries(cavities)

4)THREE FACTORS:YOUR TEETH

a.Mother health/nutrition

b.Genetic traits

c.Diet

Prove Home Remedy:

Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking Soda

Make a paste %26amp; brush daily.

you%26#039;ll see the difference in 3 days!Floss!
Reply:i advice u to use another whitening devices than the trays..

don%26#039;t use any commercial whitenings unless u ask ur dentist..

and to solve ur sensitivity , the dentist should examine ur teeth to fine the tooth that causes most of the sensitivity to make for it root canal... then u%26#039;ll find ur self much better.
