Other tips: electric toothbrush (TWICE a day); flossing; avoiding cola/tea/coffee as much as possible; whitening toothpaste such as Arm %26amp; Hammer Extra Whitening.
But, above all, a trip to the dentist for clinical advice. Forget the embarrassment.
